My name is Oliver Reed. I am the Head of 100WebSpace's Customer Care Department. I've been working for 100WebSpace for about two years now - I worked first at the technical support team, but the fast rates of the company's development called for an expansion of the personnel and I grew to become the Head of the Customer Care Department.
