Open Realty

The Open Realty PHP script is the most used free script for designing real estate websites on the web. It offers highly customizable free templates and virtual tour support. This made us implement the script in the Elefante Installer tool.

In order to install the Open Realty script you will have to log in to your hosting account's Control Panel and to go to the Elefante Installer section under the Web Tools menu.

As you click on the Elefante Installer icon, a list of free PHP scripts will appear in the middle of your screen. The Open Realty script is located under the CONTENT MANAGEMENT list.

Click on the Open Realty script link to start the installation from your end. A script information window will appear in the middle of your browser.

Click on the Install Open Realty 2.5.2  link to start the installation procedure. You will see several fields that you will have to fill in. You will notice a notification that you have no database created in your account. Follow the link to create one and then get back to the installation wizard. The new database will appear in the window and you will have to fill in your administrator login details.

After you fill in the needed details, please click on STEP 3: Install. An installation progress bar will appear.

Please, allow the bar in question to disappear, which will redirect you to a window with the final details of the Open Realty installation.

After all these steps, you will have a fully operational, competitive real estate business website. You will have to customize it and to fill in the needed information and you will be online in no time.
