phpFormGenerator
phpFormGenerator is a free CMS software application which provides you with the easiest way to create reliable and efficient Web forums in a snap.
In addition, using the phpFormGenerator you are able to create up to 100 forum fields, dropdown selection menus, radio buttons, check boxes, etc. with one click via an easy-to-use, point-and-click interface. Any professional programming skills and script knowledge are not required. The software provides you with several delivery formats which can send your forum results via e-mail to your MySQL database as a data file (which you can open and edit in Excel or other programs). The phpFormGenerator is completely FREE and you can install it within minutes via our Elefante Installer which is available with all our hosting plans.
Step 1: In order to install the phpFormGenerator in your account using our Elefante Installer, first you have to create a database in your hosting account via the MySQL Databases menu which is situated under the Site Management section of your Control Panel.
After you’ve set the wished name and password for your database, please click on the “Add SQL Database” button to create it.
Step 2: Please navigate to the Web Tools section of your Control Panel and click on the Elefante Free Scripts button to access our PHP script installer. Then you will see a list with all the available CMSs. Please choose to install the phpFormGenerator which is accessible under the Web Hosting Tools section.
Step 3: After you click on the “phpFormGenerator” button you will see a tooltip (CMS installation) menu from where you’ll able to customize your CMS installation details. Please click on “Install phpForumGenerator” to access the configuration page of the CMS.
Step 4: Then you have to set a desired domain / subdomain and the path to your phpFormGenerator using the dropdown menu. When you are ready with these settings, please click on the “Step 2: Install” button to start the installation.
Step 5: After the installation process has finished, you will be forwarded to the “Installed Applications” tab which is located next to the PHP Scripts List. There you will see a list with all the installed CMSs in your account via our Elefante Installer. In order to access your phpFormGenerator, you can click on the blue link which is placed under the “Application URL” section (in the brown box).
